Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sales Prep, an AI-powered sales training platform operated by Sales Prep, a sole proprietorship operated by Morgan Foster (“Sales Prep”, “we”, “us”). When you create an account or buy a membership, you are contracting with Sales Prep.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sales Prep. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a contract and, if you are using Sales Prep on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

2. What Sales Prep provides

Sales Prep provides online sales training: written lessons and audio versions, practice questions, checkpoint quizzes, final exams and certificates, AI-scored practice calls (roleplays), an AI coach, and AI reviews of sales call recordings you choose to upload. Feature limits depend on the plan you select at checkout.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are for a single individual. Do not share or resell access.

4. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Sales Prep for your own training within the plan you have purchased. You may not reverse engineer the platform, resell or redistribute lessons, audio, questions or exam content, scrape the platform, or circumvent technical or usage limits.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Sales Prep. In particular, you must not:

• use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud or spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfere with the security of the platform, including uploading malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping content;
• upload call recordings or other content that you do not have the right to share, or that you recorded without the consent required by the laws that apply to you.

6. AI features, content and accuracy

• Practice calls, coaching answers, hints, written-answer grading and call reviews are generated by AI models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent.
• You are responsible for what you type, upload and say, for verifying AI output before relying on it, and for how you use that output in your own work.
• Nothing in Sales Prep is legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice. Training content and AI output are educational only.
• You must not attempt to jailbreak the AI features or use them to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes, malware or other harmful material.
• We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and output, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly breach this section.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (roleplay responses, written answers, uploaded call audio, support messages). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. Uploaded call audio is transcribed in memory and is not stored, and roleplay inputs are discarded when a call ends — only your scores and written feedback are kept.

If you believe content on Sales Prep infringes your rights, contact us at salesprepofficial@gmail.com and we will investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

8. Our intellectual property

Sales Prep and everything in it — the software, curriculum, lesson text and audio, question banks, scoring frameworks, branding and design — remain our property or that of our licensors. No rights are transferred to you other than the licence in section 4.

9. Payment and subscriptions

Memberships are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your profile page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and are governed by the Stripe end-user terms. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

10. Payment processing and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks. Charges may appear on your statement as LINK.COM* SALES PREP. Product support is provided by Sales Prep at salesprepofficial@gmail.com.

11. Service availability

We work to keep Sales Prep available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features, limits and content may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Sales Prep at any time by cancelling your membership. When access ends, your training data may be deleted after a reasonable period; contact us beforehand if you want a copy.

13. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sales Prep is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the platform, or your breach of these terms.

15. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the seller resides, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that state.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
• Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated date.
