Refund Policy

Sales Prep offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments for Sales Prep are processed by Stripe, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, email us at salesprepofficial@gmail.com, or message us through the support chat on salesprep.net. We will help get it processed.

Renewals and cancellation

Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile page — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, contact us and we will sort it out.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money can take a few business days to appear.
