Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Sales Prep, a sole proprietorship operated by Morgan Foster and trading as Sales Prep, handles your personal data when you use salesprep.net. Sales Prep is the data controller for the personal data described here — we decide what data is collected and why.

What we collect and why

• Account data — name, email address and login credentials (or your Google sign-in identifier). Used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Profile answers — what you sell, and preferences you set. Used to personalise lessons and practice calls. Legal basis: contract.
• Training data — lesson progress, written answers, quiz and exam results, practice-call scores and coaching feedback. Used to deliver the course, grade your work and issue certificates. Legal basis: contract.
• Content you submit — coach questions, roleplay responses, and any sales call recording you upload for review. Used only to generate your feedback. Legal basis: contract.
• Support messages — what you send us in the support chat or by email. Used to answer you. Legal basis: contract and our legitimate interest in supporting customers.
• Usage and technical data — feature usage, daily AI usage counts, device and browser information, IP address, and error logs. Used for security, fraud and abuse prevention, enforcing plan limits, and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails — only if you opt in. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment provider and Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card information.

AI processing

To generate coaching, grading and call reviews, the relevant content is sent to AI model providers acting as our processors. Uploaded call audio is transcribed in memory and is not stored; the transcript is discarded once your review is produced, leaving only the written feedback and score. Roleplay inputs are removed when the call ends.

Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting and database providers, AI model providers, speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers, email and support tooling.
• Stripe, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary.
• Authorities, where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Account, profile and training data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return. Support messages are kept while needed to handle your enquiry. Billing records are kept by Stripe for as long as tax law requires. Uploaded audio and raw transcripts are not retained. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, export or restrict your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for marketing. Email salesprepofficial@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security so that each user can only read their own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage only — to keep you signed in, remember your answers in progress, and keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the site will not work properly without the essential ones.
